Production involves computer-to-plate (CTP) platemaking and selective hot stamping of plain gold foil patterns, followed by six-color offset printing, inkjet printing of QR codes, and transfer varnishing to enhance the surface finish. Second and third hot foil stamping passes add lettering, pinyin, and decorative gold dragon motifs. The main design is embossed and debossed to create a three-dimensional tactile effect. With its elegant appearance and refined texture, this packaging is suitable for mid-range and premium cigarettes.
