Production involves computer-to-plate (CTP) platemaking, six-color offset printing, varnish coating, and inkjet printing of QR codes, followed by hot stamping with water-ripple-patterned foil and textured embossing to enhance the surface finish. The holographic silver metallized paperboard creates a distinctive visual effect, making this packaging suitable for mid-range and premium cigarettes.
