The cartons and individual packs for Liqun (Sunshine Turkey) are made from 237 gsm holographic silver metallized paperboard. Production involves computer-to-plate (CTP) platemaking, two offset printing passes—one in five colors and the other in seven—and varnish coating. Subsequent steps include inkjet printing of QR codes, hot stamping with anti-counterfeiting foil, screen printing to create a snowflake texture, and selective embossing and debossing of the main design. The printed holographic silver metallized paperboard provides a refined finish, complemented by the snowflake texture for an elegant appearance suitable for premium cigarette packaging.
