Made from PET, BOPP, MOPP, or similar films, this tear tape is produced through silicone coating, adhesive coating, slitting, and cutting to the required width. It offers excellent transparency and is the most commonly used type of tear tape. Widths can be customized to customer requirements, including 1.6, 2.0, and 2.5 mm, with core inner diameters of 76, 82, or 152 mm. Roll lengths range from 20,000 to 100,000 m, reducing time spent on roll changes and improving production efficiency. It is suitable for cigarette carton and pack wrapping, as well as pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging.
