Made from PET, BOPP, MOPP, or similar films, this tear tape is printed with an all-over coating of fluorescent security ink in red, blue, or other colors, then processed through silicone coating, adhesive coating, slitting, and cutting to the required width. Widths can be customized to customer requirements, including 1.6, 2.0, and 2.5 mm. It is available in roll lengths of 5,000–100,000 m, with core inner diameters of 30, 76, 82, or 152 mm. It is suitable for cigarette, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic packaging with high anti-counterfeiting requirements. Under ultraviolet (UV) light, the printed designs and text fluoresce brightly, providing a degree of protection against counterfeiting.
